Before paying, please read the terms of cancellation and postponement of consultations.
When providing consulting services, the rule applies: the cancellation of a consultation with a specialist or postponing it to another day must be discussed with a specialist no later than 24 hours before the time appointed for the consultation.
If you sent money, but decided to refuse the consultation, the money will be refunded to you if you warn about the cancellation more than 24 hours before the consultation. About 10% will be withheld from the amount (commission of the systems for receiving funds).
Refunds are made within 2 (two) months from the date of payment.
If you decide to refuse the consultation, but did not warn the specialist a day before - the money will not be returned.. If you have a situation of force majeure, it was not possible to get in touch, or you warned a specialist about the cancellation or postponement in less than a day - the question remains at the discretion of the specialist himself. It is worth remembering that it is better to write to a specialist in any case than just skip the session. The very fact of your appeal with explanations will significantly increase the likelihood of a specialist understanding your situation and loyal consideration of the financial issue in case of cancellation or postponement. While omissions without messages and silence will definitely lead you to an unreasonable waste of funds and to the prospect of creating tension in your relationship with a specialist.
