Before payment, please read the terms and conditions of cancellation and transfer of consultations.
In the provision of consulting services, a rule applies: cancellation of a specialist's consultation or transfer to another day should be discussed with a specialist no later than 24 hours before the time appointed for consultation.
If you sent money but decided not to consult, the money will be returned to you if you warn about cancellation more than 24 hours before the consultation. From the amount will be withheld 10% (commissions of systems of reception of money resources).
Refunds are made within 2 (two) months from the date of payment.
If you decide to give up the consultation, but did not warn the specialist one day before - the money does not return. If you have a situation of force majeure, there was no possibility to get in touch, or you warned a specialist about cancellation or transfer in less than a day - the question remains at the discretion of the expert himself. It is worth remembering that it is better to write to a specialist in any case, than just skip a session. The mere fact of your treatment of explanations will significantly increase the likelihood of understanding your situation by a specialist and a loyal consideration of a financial issue in case of cancellation or transfer. While gaps without messages and silence will unambiguously lead you to an unreasonable waste of funds and a perspective to create tension in the relationship with a specialist.
